An inbox full of the same questions

This is an example of what's possible, not a result from a client.

The problem

Picture a business with a shop and a warehouse. Every day the inbox fills with the same questions:

• Is this in stock?
• Where's my order?
• Can I return this?
• What are your wholesale prices?

Each one only takes a few minutes. But someone has to open the store, look up the order, check the returns rule and type a reply. Do that all day, and the real work waits.

What Claude can do

Claude can connect to your email and to Shopify. With your Business Hub behind it, here's what one email could look like:

1. Read the email. "Hi, do you have the large drink bottle in green?"
2. Check the stock in Shopify.
3. Check your rules in the hub: shipping times, returns, wholesale.
4. Draft the reply in your voice, using your Business Brief.
5. You read it and press send. Nothing goes out by itself.

What you need

• Your Business Brief: who you are and how you sound.
• Your rules, written down once: returns, shipping, wholesale. If they're in someone's head, Claude can't use them.
• A reply skill: the steps above, saved in your hub so Claude does it the same way every time.

Where to start

Don't try to do every email at once. Pick the one question you answer most, and set Claude up for that one first. When it's working, add the next.
