This policy explains what information spencertoogood.com and Stupid Simple AI collect, why, and the choices you have. In short: we only collect what we need, we never sell it, and you can ask us to see or delete it at any time.

Who we are

This website and Stupid Simple AI are run by OSSS Performance Pty Ltd (Spencer Toogood), based on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. When this policy says "we" or "us", it means OSSS Performance Pty Ltd. Questions about your privacy? Email hello@spencertoogood.com.

What we collect

Information you give us:

Your first name and email address when you register for a workshop or sign up for updates.
The details you choose to share in an enquiry form or an email to us.

Information collected automatically when you visit:

Google Analytics uses cookies to tell us how people use the site: which pages are visited, the type of device and browser, and roughly where visitors are (country or city).
Meta Pixel and Conversions API tell Meta (Facebook and Instagram) which pages you visit and actions you take, like registering for a workshop or clicking Join. This includes your IP address, browser details and Meta cookie IDs. When you register, your email and first name are scrambled (hashed) before they are sent, so Meta can match the sign-up to an ad without receiving them in readable form.

We don't collect payment details. If you join the Stupid Simple AI community, your account and payment are handled by Skool under Skool's own terms and privacy policy.

How we use it

To send you what you signed up for, like workshop details, links and replays.
To send you emails about Stupid Simple AI and our other offers. You can unsubscribe any time with the link in every email.
To reply to your enquiries.
To understand how the site is used and make it better.
To measure our ads and show them to people who may be interested, including people who have visited this site.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We share it only with the services that help us run the site:

Loops, which sends our emails
Google (Analytics) and Meta (ads measurement)
Vercel, which hosts this website
Skool, if you join the community

Some of these providers store information outside Australia, mainly in the United States. We also share information if the law requires it.

Your choices

Emails: unsubscribe with the link at the bottom of any email, or email us.
Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Ads: manage how Meta uses this information in your Facebook ad preferences.
Analytics: opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.

Keeping it safe

We use reputable providers and keep access to your information limited. We keep it only as long as we need it for the reasons above, or as the law requires, then delete it.

Seeing, fixing or deleting your information

Email hello@spencertoogood.com and we'll tell you what we hold, correct it or delete it. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, tell us first and we'll do our best to fix it. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
