John Wayne Parr "The Gunslinger" is a legend in the combat sports world. The challenge was to move beyond static DVDs or scattered social media clips and create a centralised, monetisable digital gym.

The platform needed to be:

3. Automated: Minimisng the manual workload for the JWP team.

The Solution

A High-Performance PWA with AI Automation

We built a custom subscription platform tailored for martial arts education. Unlike generic course platforms, this solution offers complete control over the user experience, community interaction, and content automation.

For the Fighter

We focused on "frictionless training" and clear content separation.

• Dual Library Architecture: We separated content into two distinct pillars: a Training Library for structured, premium technique modules, and a Media Archives for Waynes documentaries and classic fight history.
• "Snippets" Feed: To drive daily engagement, we introduced a short-form video feed. This allows Wayne to upload raw clips of training sessions and gym life, keeping the content fresh between major course releases.
• Community & Culture: Users can engage via video comments, submit questions to the AMA (Ask Me Anything) section, and browse a curated Photo Gallery from Wayne's legendary years in Thailand.
• Instant PWA Access: Installs to the home screen with offline capabilities and biometric login (FaceID/TouchID).

For the Business (Admin & Automation)

Behind the scenes, we built a command center designed to save time.

• AI Content Agent: The "Killer Feature." When an admin uploads a video, the system retrieves the Vimeo transcript and uses AI to automatically write the video description and step-by-step technique instructions.
• Member Management: A dedicated Members Manager allows the team to oversee the user base, manage subscriptions, and handle access controls directly.
• Integrated Finance: Stripe handles monthly/yearly subscriptions, cancellations, and revenue tracking automatically.

A Knockout Success
